Reason for the campaign

The mind serves as the master controller of the entire human being. All actions, whether positive or negative, originate in the mind. Surprisingly, many individuals go through their entire lives without truly understanding how the mind and body function in unison. The physical organs act as servants to the mind, with nerves serving as messengers that transmit its directives throughout the body, orchestrating the motions of our living machinery.

Given that both mental and spiritual vitality find expression through the body, physical strength and activity play a crucial role in fostering mental and spiritual well-being.

Recognizing this interdependence, we assert that knowledge of physiology and hygiene should form the cornerstone of all educational endeavors.

Our team firmly believes in the adage that “Habits Determine Destiny.” In the formative years of childhood and youth, character is at its most impressionable stage. It is imperative to exercise self-discipline over appetites and passions, aligning them with the higher powers of the mind. This self-discipline is vital for the development of mental strength and spiritual insight, preparing individuals to understand and practice the sacred truths of God’s Word. Therefore, temperance assumes its place in the groundwork for Christ’s second coming.

conclusion to reason

Regrettably, many individuals are unwilling to invest the necessary effort to acquire knowledge about the laws of life and the simple means for restoring health. When sickness results from transgressions of natural law, corrective actions are often neglected, and the seeking of blessings from God is overlooked. It is crucial to keep this subject fresh before our youth and their families.

Yet, most of these intemperance habits could be addressed, with parents holding significant power to effect positive change, in there offspring.

Our Health Awareness Campaign empowers youth and their families to reason from cause to effect, highlighting the consequences of violating the laws of their being. Early education in the rudiments of physiology and hygiene is advocated, starting in the home and extending to communities and schools.

As we transition from the prevention phase to the intervention phase, we invite you to be part of this positive outreach through monthly support.

Understanding the intervention phase

There is a tendency to become so accustomed to existing conditions that we lose sight of their cause and significance. Disease, without exception, has a cause, and its invitation is often prepared. Children often inherit their parents’ disposition and imitate their examples, perpetuating certain behaviors from generation to generation.
