Understanding our quest

We recognize the need for social skills among young people and families to navigate conflicts in various aspects of life. The innate desire for acceptance is universal, yet being born into a family doesn’t guarantee it. Failed attempts at connection can lead to heightened feelings of emptiness and hopelessness, often paving the way for self-destructive paths.

Englarged Vision

Families today face threats due to a trend of diminishing self-control. Many are unaware of spiritual adversaries, leading to internal conflicts reflected in society. A cause-to-effect educational approach focusing on value clarification aims to help youth and families battle internal struggles based on their Morals and Value System.

The Current State

Transgression is nearing its limit, and confusion prevails globally. A significant terror looms, and preparation is essential. Recognizing the signs of the times, understanding adversaries, and instilling firm principles and duties are crucial for individuals and their households.

About Our Founder

Mr. Frazier, Founder and Executive/Director of Family Enrichment Lifestyle Changes, embarked on his quest during the 1980s, influenced by the Civil Rights era and the War on Drugs. He realized that the real battle against the drug crisis lies in the realm of “Morals and Values.” Analyzing the social protests of the 1960s and the subsequent drug epidemic, he identified the need for a paradigm shift in drug prevention.

The Paradigm Shift

Early drug prevention efforts proved ineffective, leading to a focus on what works. After reviewing over 127 programs, the psycho-social model emerged as the most effective, incorporating substance knowledge, self-esteem enhancement, and decision-making within a psycho-social framework. Family Enrichment Lifestyle Changes Inc. adopted this model, emphasizing life skills and individual competence.

Mr. Frazier's Personal Journey

Growing up in an alcoholic family, Mr. Frazier witnessed destructive addictive behavior. His personal involvement led him to earn a graduate degree, and Family Enrichment Lifestyle Changes Inc. evolved from a dream to reality. As a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, contributions from individuals, foundations, and corporations support their vision of positive change.
